Feet always look fugly when you photograph them yourself. Softest, bestest socks ever in a light worsted, merino/alpaca blend? (lost ball band). I underestimated the length of my foot however, I should really rip the toes back and knit another inch. The heels are kinda bunchy. These are my wearing-in-the-clogs socks.
A little gauge problem. They have obviously been knit for a hobbit. I wear them over a pair of really thick wool socks, and I call them "slippers". Ha!

Finished a little late, baby is 2 months old! Gadzukes, I hope it fits. I opted for a tie closure at front rather than buttons so there is more room to grow, and I blocked it so that it sweeps outwards more at the hem, kind of kimono-style I guess.
